NEW HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY SAYS E IS FOR EXCELLENCE!
DALLAS, TX— The new E Heating and Air Conditioning Company (E) seeks to raise the bar on industry standards for heating and air conditioning sales and service for citizens in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Opening mid-January, E is a licensed contractor whose mission is to provide Excellence, Efficiency, Economy, and Experience to its customers.
E Heating & Air Conditioning is a full-service residential heating and air conditioning contractor with the ability to service and install complete heating and air conditioning systems. In addition to scheduled service checks, repairing of existing equipment, and installation of new equipment, E pledges to help their customers find ways to reduce energy bills and to keep their equipment running trouble free for years.
Experienced and certified technicians use the latest technology to diagnose and repair existing systems and provide ‘top of the line’ new equipment for installations. Among the lines represented are such recognizable names as Trane and others.
Knowing that proper maintenance is the pre-requisite for maximum efficiency, reliability and safety for homeowners’ heating and air conditioning systems, E Heating and Air’s Emerald Agreement provides Preventative Maintenance that includes two preseason service calls, discounts and other benefits.
Company president Suzanne Ricketts is a 30-year veteran of Electronic Data Systems where she was an IT professional in software development and data management. Following her EDS experience, Suzanne founded a business to provide short term financing for small to medium sized companies.
“I can’t thank Ross Perot, my colleagues and my associates at EDS enough for a fulfilling and rewarding business career experience. As with them, I now stand on the shoulders of a strong team,” says Ricketts. “In my 30-year corporate career I had the distinct opportunity to work with talented and accomplished people. Each team member there, as at E, was valued for their contributions and worked toward building with a long-term vision. “E” has a wonderful group of professionals that work as a team and each has an innate desire for providing quality service, from a customer’s first inquiry to the cleanup after service. We support efficiency in our processes as well as having hybrid vehicles and recycling to support the environment. Our core is built on old school business values, enhanced with a 21st century approach that technology now supports. We sincerely care about our customers’ needs and understand how budgets are stretched in today’s economy. Just about any homeowner can afford to take advantage of the newer efficient technology on the market today. We will assist to work within budget needs.
Leading the team of experienced service personnel is Troy Eichelberger, E HVAC’s Service Manager. Troy holds an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor’s license with 20 years in the HVAC business in the Dallas area. He has worked as an installer, service technician, installation manager and now service manager.
“At E we know we are only as good as our last installation or service call and that it is important to attend to the details so the final result is of high quality,” says Eichelberger. “Each employee, from shop personnel to our financial oversight is an integral part of the company. We are challenging ourselves to be the best in service and employment and solid business practices. Our company mantra is a daily self-question of ‘What value can I bring?’”
The E company website reminds consumers that a home’s HVAC system uses more energy and drains more energy dollars than any other system in the home. Typically, 43% of the average utility bill can be attributed to heating and cooling costs.
According to E, no matter what kind of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning system in a house, proper maintenance and upgrades will save money. By combining proper system design, equipment installation, maintenance and upgrades with appropriate insulation, air sealing, and thermostat settings; energy use for heating and cooling, and environmental emission can be reduced from 20% to 50%.
E promises to conduct a free analysis for any home older than 8 years and design a system they guarantee to lower electric bills. The average savings for a 2,000-square-foot home with a swimming pool and HVAC equipment 10 years old or more is $1,700 per year, in some cases less, but in many cases more!
In unison, the E and Air Conditioning leadership and team says, “You can count on E Heating and Air Conditioning to do the job right. Experienced employees, Efficient products, and Economy pricing, EVERYDAY. That’s E.”
