Abraham Salum
Congratulations to Abraham Salum, winner of the Ultimate chef award in this week’s just announced “Readers Voice Awards” given by The Dallas Voice. The chef/owner of Uptown’s popular Salum and Komali restaurants, Abraham also is celebrating Salum’s being recognized at the Ultimate Experience in a tie with Stephan Pyles. In making the announcement, The Voice’s Arnold Wayne Jones said, “There are chefs who toil away in the kitchen and never come out to see their guests. There are chefs who are NEVER in the kitchen because they are always cooking on TV or for magazines. Then there is Abraham Salum…..”
